This is now one of my top 5 desserts ever (and I have tried A LOT). Gooey Chocolate Cakes. Last night my friend Lisa came over to work on a very special project for a very special person - more on that later when I can reveal the big surprise. We have been trading this type of recipe back and forth since Valentine's Day when she made this romantic sweet for her sweet (Jeff). Well, we have a winner! This recipe is SO easy, quick, and you won't make a ton. That is a very good thing when you are the only sweets eater in your house:) If you have the desire try it, let me know what you think, and then go run 4 miles to work it off. Just kidding - ENJOY!
