2 Great Causes

I am participating in several amazing causes to finish this year out right.

The first is coming up on October 3rd and it's the Komen Race for the Cure (you can click on the link to donate). All contributions fund local innovative outreach, awareness and treatment programs for the medically underserved in the greater Houston community as well as national cutting-edge breast cancer research. This is my 4th year to participate in the run and my heart is in it now more than ever. Almost 2 years ago one of the closest ladies in my life, Mrs. Angie, was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is now CANCER FREE and enjoying a beautiful life.

I will also be walking in this year's Start! Heart Walk (you can click on the link to donate) on November 7th benefiting the American Heart Association. All funds raised will be used for critical heart disease and stroke research and education. The American Heart Association's online fundraising website has a minimum donation amount of $25.00. If you prefer a smaller amount, you can do so by sending a check directly to me.
