Dinner Dates

Robby was out of town all last week taking a well control class for work. When he is away I try to make good use of my time and squeeze in some serious girl time, so that's exactly what I did. Mrs. Ange took me to BJ's Brewhouse in Sugarland for an AMAZING salad (chickpeas, artichokes, olives, basil, tomatoes, cucumbers, roasted red peppers, provolone, mozzarella, parmesan, salami, banana peppers, red onions, and a tiny bit of lettuce), drinks, and pizzookies (warm cookies - in mini pizza pans - with a big scoop of ice cream on top). We were so stuffed we rolled out of there!

Enjoying our pizzookies

The next day Jessica called me up for dinner and a puppy play date. Haribo and Han Banan pretty much grew up together in our old apartment, so when they see each other, it's love again! Maple kind of just hangs out with me. Every once in a while she will get in on some good action though. We enjoyed a yummy salmon salad from Panera along with some homemade mac n cheese. Robby and I like to try different cheeses and this past one we got was a dud, so I figured I will throw it in a pot with pasta, cream, butter and other cheeses! How can that be bad? It wasn't:)

Haribo getting in on some Jess time and Han Banan is taking it easy. Heath: if you happen to read the blog, it was all my fault the dogs are on the couch. I forced Jessica to let them up there. As you can see Haribo has her pinned - don't blame her:)

Maple loves fireplaces with beds by them. The fireplaces don't even have to be on.

Thanks for the awesome dinner dates ladies.
